Great App, but needs a custom archive

I LOVE Play Books! Any book you want, they got it. The biggest problem I have with this App is that there is no way to organize your books, except by Author, Title, or Recent. I would love a way to put all of my books together based on topic, or even better: make my own custom categories. Please... Make this happen Google. I believe in you.

Great EXCEPT.....

I find a book that's free and it's only book 1 of a series which I don't mind but the I either can't find the rest of the books on the series or don't know what order they go on if I do find them. Is there a system for this is not there should be. When I figure it out or someone named a system I'll change my star rating to 4 bc I really like this app books r great and at a good price plus u also have the rental option but that should b on all books note just some.

Library needs an archive or custom folders

My library is getting really full, and it's getting difficult to keep track of the books I want to read next. I don't want to just delete and loose any purchased books. I really wish you would add an Archive folder (just like the Archive folder you have in your magazine/newstand app). Even allowing us to set up our own folders would make me want to keep buying more books

I have been using this app for ages as it's ability to sync highlights and notes is good. Although I really like this app, there a several major flaws: 1. Increasing native android font size on the system settings causes the bottom rows of text in books to be Completely CUT OUT. 2. Syncing issues with android 5.0 on LG G3. After highlighting text when phone is offline, after connecting to WIFI, sometimes doesn't sync. 3. After using app for a while, pressing on text with embedded text doe

The app is okay because I can upload my epub files, and it syncs my books to whatever device I wish to read on. However, the app does not allow me to sort my books and there is no archive for my finished books. I have 170+ books, and a lot of them I've already read. My library is getting messier whenever I get a new book, or worse, a new series. Another thing is, I wonder why a lot of epub files I try to upload are "not compatible with google play books". I mean, it opens perfectly fine in oth

Wonderful for BN Refugees

As BNs Nook division continues to (sadly) sink, I decided to root my Nook HD with Kit Kat and look to a different place to get my books and magazines. At first I thought of the Kindle app, but as good as Amazon has been to me I'm not fond of walled gardens. This left Google Books. Despite my trepidation I gave it a shot and found it wonderful. They have all the books I want (even obscure ones like 'Mao and Nixon' ) and the reader is clean and easy to use. I love the nightlight option. BN refug
